Our Story
3:23 Accounting was founded by a CPA whose love for CrossFit—and experience as a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer—sparked a simple idea: gym owners deserve an accounting firm that truly understands their world. What started in the gym turned into a firm built to help gym owners grow with clarity and purpose.
As that work grew, so did our partnerships—extending beyond gyms to support functional health and wellness practices that share the same commitment to performance, care, and long-term impact.
What guides our company is found right in our name, drawn from Colossians 3:23: “Whatever you do, do it from the heart, as something done for the Lord and not for people.”
